The dried fruit of Tenute del Molise is good quality. It is a great snack to be enjoyed at work or even on the beach and it enhances strength and performance before exercise or playing sports. Often, in the past, consumption was not recommended during diets because it was considered to be too calorific (as it actually is), but after several studies, including a research paper published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, it was shown to be beneficial. The regular consumption of nuts, in amounts of about 20-30 grams a day, is a real panacea for our body: it extends life, aids weight loss, keeps cholesterol under control, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and protects from many illnesses.
