Wine

Wine is an alcoholic beverage consisting primarily of water (80-90%) and alcoholic molecules. It is obtained thanks to the fermentation of the fructose contained in the grapes (or its pressing, called must).

The juice contained in the grape is transformed from a simple liquid to an alcoholic liquid through chemical reactions.

Wine is a very old drink that over time has been refined by means of ever better winemaking techniques.

The classification of the wine is done by taking into account different aspects including the production area, the grapevine (Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay ..), the color (white, rosé or red), the style ( firm, sparkling, raisin, new ..)

Wine contains many substances that are useful, not only to give a pleasant taste to the wine, but also to have a positive effect on health (for example polyphenols and anthocyanins)
